NICHE was born from the desire to create a beautiful space with flexible stays and housing in University City. If you’re in town for a visit, for a few months, or even a year, we have a room suited for you. NICHE is a distinctive, historic property - no two rooms are the same. We offer truly custom accommodations. NICHE offers two types of units: The NICHE Rooms and The Custom Stay Studios. The NICHE Rooms are ideal for shorter stays, with access to our beautiful lounge, for working or relaxing, and the private garden - they, of course include access to all property amenities.
House Manual
To ensure a safe environment for you, us and all concerned, we screen our guests. Therefore please provide us the following requirements immediately so we can ensure your booking is finalized:
A copy or A picture of your state-issued ID. It could be your driver's license or passport. Please provide a clear image of the front and back of your ID.
Then we require a picture of you holding your credit card up to the side of your face, showing only the last 4 digits of the card and the name on the card you used to make the Reservation and/or pay for the Security Deposit. You may cover the rest of your card number to protect your security, just ensure the last 4 digits and name are prominent.
This is to help us ensure your identity and safety upon arrival to the home. Your safety and protection is our top priority.
I would like to let you know that you are required to show this information when you arrive at a hotel, but since we are not a hotel, we are asking for them now.
Please know that we have “NO PARTY POLICY”
Parties, loud music, loud noises, smoking, etc. are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Also, we require a Refundable Security Deposit of $350.00 which will be credited back to you with the conditions that there will be no neighbour/building management complaints, no smell of smoke and room is in good condition.
