This two-story townhome sleeps up to five guests between two bedrooms and a twin-size sleeper chair in the living area.
The primary suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a unique tub/shower combination and dual vanity.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the nearby bathroom has a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Step out from the living area to a covered balcony with a bistro table for two. Then follow the stairs up to the highlight of this home -- the stunning rooftop deck. Take in spectacular views of the Seattle skyline, including the iconic Space Needle. You can even catch a glimpse of Lake Union. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. A high-powered wall air-conditioning unit provides cooling in the upper-level living area as needed.
Designated driveway parking is available for one car. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The entrance to this rental is on the second floor, accessed via a flight of exterior stairs.
There is another unit located directly beneath your rental, on the lower level of the townhome. The two properties share the same address, but each have their own private entrance.

Parking notes: The parking area for this rental is located off the alley between Eastlake Ave. E. and Franklin Ave. E.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
