As you pull into the drive:
- You'll be greeted by The Guest House on your right, with space to park two cars.
- Continuing down the driveway is the Water's Edge Lake Sunapee Family Retreat, which can be rented in addition to The Guest House.

🧳 Ground Level: Comfort and Convenience

Entering the home through the entrance below the deck:
- A place to kick your boots off and hang your coat.
- Two bedrooms:
- First bedroom: Two full beds with bright new bedding, a cozy rug, and storage for your belongings.
- Second bedroom: Queen bed with cozy new bedding, a spot to curl up with a book, and a large window to watch the snow fall.
- Laundry room on your left.
- A half bathroom.

🍽 Main Living Space: Upstairs Retreat

Following the staircase up, you enter the home’s main living space:
- Kitchen: Equipped with everything you'd need, plenty of workspace, and open to the living and dining areas.
- Dining room: Table for six with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light.
- To the left of the dining space is a full bathroom.

In the main bedroom:
- Queen bed with all new bedding.

The living room features:

- The living room also provides entry to the upper second-level deck that overlooks the property and stairs leading to the grounds below.
