We are ten minutes drive from the American River, a half hour from Lakes Folsom or Clementine, and an hour and 1/2 from Lake Tahoe. The home is two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full bed, and 1 bath. We are dog friendly, and hope you love our home as much as we do.
