About 10 houses down from a launch ramp and plenty driveway parking as well as boat deep covered parking . (No inside garage parking) Enjoy the day life out on the water during the day and then head out for a night out on the town by being minutes away from multiple restraunts and nightlife attractions. Laughlin is approximately 1 mile up river and the Avi Casino and resort is down river roughly 3 miles or Pirates Cove a litter further down than that! This house is in the prime location of Holiday Shores. We would love for you to come and see for yourself all of what our property has to offer!!
