À 9 mètres du Parc Bellerive, de 400 mètres de tous les services (épicerie, SAQ, pharmacie, etc.) à 3km de la garnison Longue-Pointe, à 2km de l’hôpital LH Lafontaine et à 7 km des raffineries de l’est de Montréal. Il y a un restaurant juste voisin.
