We are directly on the canal with a boat ramp connected to the driveway (be cautious!) Just enough backyard room for games, lounging and grilling but fishing is best done out here! We are connected to the Currituck Sound! 🦆
LVP flooring across the home. Spacious open living room/dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, new oven, 2 coffee makers, full sized fridge, counter top ice maker & microwave. Kitchen connects to laundry room with new washer and dryer. An additional door leads to back porch from laundry room. There is one master bedroom/bathroom and one full bathroom across the hall from the two other rooms. 2 twin beds in the first bedroom & game room/dedicated workspace room in the second. New dining table furniture for seating of 4. All matress’ in the home are brand new as well as the bed frames, We have wifi & cable; all TVs are smart TVs. Please keep in mind this is an older home that has had many updates/upgrades and more to come!
Pets are welcome but must be crated when gone. We also have a 30 amp RV hook up out back for a camper/RV. You must let us know in advance about brining boat or camper**
Please note we have security cameras around the premises for safety reasons & a ring doorbell camera at the front door.
Our hideaway is a perfect spot in duck season for those who come down to the Currituck sound to hunt!
