Welcome to The Bouman Cottage! Our brick, fully outfitted, year-round cottage is 200 yards from both our private association park on Lake Macatawa AND the Holland State Park beach on Lake Macatawa. PLUS only 1/2 mile from the Lake Michigan beaches at Holland State Park and 1 mile to Tunnel Park Beach.
Our cottage sleeps 6-7 comfortably: 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with queen bed; 1 bedroom with full/twin bunk; and queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room) 1 bath with ceramic tile shower stall, complimentary washer/dryer, 58" LED TV, WIFI Internet access, TV, DVD, shaded, fenced-in yard, large deck, picnic table, Weber gas grill, campfire pit, attached 1 stall garage with large parking area. Recently updated with new flooring, new interior paint and comfy furnishings.
You can walk to dinner at the new Reservoir restaurant, Down the Hatch party store or visit the historic renovated General Store.
Enjoy dining, shopping, catch a movie, or get an exercise run in beautiful downtown Holland with its renowned heated sidewalks! The Riley Park trail system is also only 3 miles away.
30 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids' many attractions.
Rental period is from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY during June, July and August otherwise we have a 3 day minimum for off season stays.
