ACCESS & SEASONAL TRAVEL NOTE
A four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle is required during the winter months (December–Mid-April) due to the possibility of snow and icy mountain roads. The property is accessible year-round, but conditions can change quickly at higher elevations, so please plan accordingly for a safe and comfortable arrival.
GUEST NOTES
Please note that there is no trash pickup on Utah Mountain. Guests are responsible for taking their trash to the designated dumpster before checkout or may leave $5 per bag (maximum of four bags) for our cleaners to handle disposal. Thank you for helping us keep the mountain clean and beautiful.
