This unit features an ensuite master bedroom with a queen bed, a guest room with a queen bed, a guest room with a king bed (this bedroom is in an open, lofted space, does not afford privacy and is recommend for occasional guests) and another guest room with a queen bed. Included in the rental are two reserved parking spaces in the underground parking garage beneath the building. Outside you will find the property's private beach and an outdoor shower to rinse off after enjoying the warm Vineyard Sound water. Unit has central AC, cable TV in the living room and Smart TV's in the rest of the unit. Located in the building there is a fabulous full service restaurant serving dinner nightly with both indoor and outdoor seating. Enjoy an oceanfront meal without having to leave the property!
4 night minimum stays for the whole 2025 season. All linens and towels are included. No pets, please. No smoking in the unit. Prices subject to applicable taxes and fees.
