4 Bedroom House in Ocean Park, Old Orchard Beach
Large and sunny, this beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is located just a 5-minute walk to the famous 7-mile beach at Old Orchard Beach, Maine. We are located in a quiet neighborhood, if you don't want the hustle and bustle of the town. It also has a beautiful yard for playing lawn games (some we provide) and a firepit for a cozy evening fire! You will need to chop some wood, however! Wi-Fi, smart tv's, gas grill with propane, outside shower, washer and dryer. We supply the towels and bedding!
The space:
Large home, sleeps 8 comfortably (10 with two on a pull our sofa bed). Parking for 2 cars and a fenced in yard with large outdoor space and deck. Outside table and chairs.
Guest access:
There are two parking spaces and parking on the street is allowed. We are located next door and will provide keys upon arrival unless otherwise arranged.
Interaction with guests:
We are located next door to this rental home in the event you have anything you need. Otherwise, we won't bother you so you can enjoy your time here!
Other things to note:
Property rents Saturday to Saturday, weekly only from June to September.
Location is close to the famous Brunswick, where live entertainment is provided all summer long. People can easily walk to the boardwalk and shops, as well as the beach. Every Thursday night in the Summer, the town of OOB has a fireworks display. Walk down to the Beach and look up!
This home is also located close to the Amtrack station, too. Hop aboard and go walk around Freeport (Home of LL Bean) for the day!
Funtown and Splashtown are 10 minutes away. The Palace Playland is a 10-minute walk.
