Has Pickleball, adjustable height basketball hoop, kids playset, 3 car garage, & parking for up to 12 vehicles, boats, campers, or trailers. 3 sofas w/6 total recliners. Commercial size freezer, refrigerator, gas stove, propane grill, and most kitchen accessories needed for entertaining. Dining room table seats 8 and 4 seats at kitchen island. Banquet table and extra seats available if requested in advance. Work from office w/high speed internet & cell service. Walking/ATV/horse trail. Lake Reba Park & Richmond 5-10 min away.
