It offers 5 spacious bedrooms, (3 of which have en-suite baths), gleaming hardwood floors and elegant Berber carpet, custom paint, window treatments, lighting and plumbing fixtures and two gas fireplaces (in living room and primary suite). Stunning and spacious primary suite is on it's own private floor and has a spa bath with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanity! You can watch the fireworks from the rooftop deck or do some star gazing in the night sky. Spacious open kitchen and living area. Kitchen has stainless LG appliances, Quartz countertops & bar, maple cabinetry and a large dining table to seats 10. Beautiful community pool makes this a great summer vacation spot. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops and the BEACH! Available off-season too! WIFI and parking! No Pets. No smoking.
