This Cape Cod style home's desirable location makes it a fantastic spot for making memories with friends and family this summer. It has something for everyone! Narrow River is a short 150 yards away, where you can launch Kayaks, canoes and paddle boards to view wildlife, sandbars, and hermit crabs. The South Kingstown boat ramp, where you can fish or launch a motor boat, is only 1 block away. Narragansett Town beach with its miles of soft sand and beautiful views is 3 miles away. And you can also walk to the scenic and off-the-beaten-trail Treaty Rock Park, with a playground, basketball court, play space and walking trails with fantastic views of the Narrow River Valley and historic Pettaquamscutt Rock.
The spacious living room has a large flatscreen TV and generous seating for pizza and movie nights and includes bonus dining space. Up-to- date appliances and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen are great for both grab-and-go on your way to the beach as well as relaxed cook-at-home evenings after a full day at the beach.
The first floor's bright, breezy bedroom has large sunny windows and queen bed. There is an additional den sleeping space on the first floor with a twin daybed. A second bedroom upstairs has vaulted ceiling and a queen-size bed. Third bedroom, also upstairs, has a pair of twin beds.
Adding comfort to your stay are two updated bathrooms- one of the first floor and one on the second. You'll be comfortably cool during your stay due to window air-conditioning units in all three bedrooms and the living room.
There are ring doorbell cameras on site. Please note that furniture will be different than seen in photos, new owners are furnishing with new, coastal style furniture.
Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum, and a three-night minimum in May, early June, & September. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday. Commercially laundered linens packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This included linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. The listed cleaning/linen charge is for one week. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional weekly linen charge and an additional $25 cleaning charge.
