The backyard has been fully remodeled and is gorgeous. The in-ground hot tub is state of the art, there are chaise loungers for enjoying an afternoon in the sun, the Blaze BBQ is amazing and the outside dining room chairs are as comfortable as the indoor ones. You will love this desert oasis! Please note that there are security cameras in the front and backyard area to prevent violation of the short-term ordinance rules, which we must adhere to. These cameras are monitored by our Security company. There are no security cameras inside the home.
This Impeccable SINGLE STORY home has been fully remodeled from top to bottom. We are a fully licensed and permitted Short-Term Rental with the city, which means you won't ever have to worry about making a reservation with us and having it cancelled because the city shut us down. This is a significant problem in Las Vegas and we have taken the necessary steps to be sure that our home is available when you are booked to stay in it! This property is close to the strip, Summerlin and Downtown Las Vegas.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the outdoor area has a Jacuzzi, an intimate sitting area, an outdoor dining table, BBQ and so much more. Every bedroom features a SMART TV with the highest speed wireless internet available and the hosts have spared no expense to guarantee you will never want to leave.
