This is a comfortable and cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with a spacious open area that includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a den, and a dining room with comfortable seating. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer available for use. Each bedroom boasts a very comfortable queen-size bed and a television. Whether you are working or taking a leisurely break, this space is perfect for relaxation. As a guest, you can park in front of the home or in the driveway. You will drive through the rear alleyway if you plan to park around the back. You can access the home from the front or back.
