Renter must meet age requirement of 24 years or older, all guest must be accounted for in reservation before check in (overnight guest + visitors and all pets), maximum 13-person occupancy, no house parties, no loud music outdoors past 11pm past the front door, no obstruction of cars and just overall respect to our neighbors; we do have a 4 car parking limit. our home is equipped with 4 parking spaces, tampering with camera or wifi system will be immediately addressed and could result in termination of your stay, no smoking: any evidence of smoking of any kind (including lingering smells within the home) have a minimum charge of $400, this house is located in harris county and the use of fireworks are not permitted, no firearms allowed on premises, all trash must be placed in black trash bins. the black bins must be placed in the front of the home on sunday night, and no later than monday 8am. the trash bin itself must be placed on the street and away from the curb, in the event cops are called to the home or any of the above rules are broken. this could be grounds for termination with no refunds, in order to enjoy safely please consider consulting a physician before use of hot tub if you are pregnant. elderly. have diabetes, high/low blood pressure or absolutely any other health condition, no children under the age of 6 permitted ages 6-18 , or anyone with a disability must be supervised at all times. no urinating, shower before use limit soak time to 10 mins, always shock the pool with 2tbs of bromine ( this will be provided) after every use. please allow 2hrs before reentering jacuzzi before it is considered to be safe to jump back in, no glass in / around tub (this could result in a fine minimum to $500), enjoy at your own risk. we are not responsible for accidents or injuries for both pool and spa the spa must remain covered at all times meanwhile not in use, please no standing or sitting on top of the tub meanwhile it is closed. the top is custom made for this exclusive hot tub and this item costs between $600-$1000 to replace, we reserve the right to terminate stay, without reimbursements, if any of the above rules are not adhered to, , guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
