The second floor contains the shared main open living area with living room, deck, gourmet kitchen, dining room, and half bath. Weekly professional cleaning of the common areas is also included! All units in the townhouse will be rented to other vetted professionals.

I love the location of this townhouse, because it`s on a quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac, but you`re within walking distance to so many wonderful places! Downtown Belmont, which is adorable and filled with many of the best restaurants in Charlottesville, is about a 7-minute walk. Many of my favorite local casual restaurants, like Beer Run and Firefly, are even closer. There`s even an amazing arcade filled with vintage games across the street! And the downtown mall, the hub of Charlottesville life, is less than a mile away.
Parking for this unit can be found in designated spots at either end of the cul-de-sac.
I love the walkability of this home! There is a bus stop right at the end of the lane, just .2 miles away, and Ubers and Lyfts are easy to find as well.
