This gorgeous home is located 11 minutes away from 3 popular beaches—Bryan Beach, Quintana Beach, and Surfside Beach, all with different attractions and amenities. Only 5 minutes away from the Freeport Marina, but we also have our very own dock as well! Numerous areas available to entertain and be entertained, including an outdoor kitchen with a full refrigerator. The aforementioned tiki hut with bar and lounge area right on the river, and a full on cinema room on the 3rd floor. Numerous fishing opportunities abound in the area, but you could just as easily sit on the dock and do a little crabbing or angling right at home.
