The space
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We purchased this property to escape some of the dreariest days of winter in Indiana. We love the desert and have been visiting since we were kids. It's a great space for the family, or for a couples' retreat. Home is recently updated with all new furniture, bedding & linens.
There are 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom1: king bed with en-suite bathroom, walk in closet & TV
Bedroom2: king bed with walk in closet and TV
Bedroom3: king bed with walk in closet and TV
Bedroom4: bunk bed (single) with closet, dresser, and some toys for the kids
A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to stay in, cook or BBQ, and enjoy a nice glass of wine. All new furnishings for your comfort. Outside, enjoy the backyard retreat. Take a dip in the pool, or just relax on the patio to soak up the AZ Sun. In the evening the backyard lighting creates a chill atmosphere to enjoy warm desert nights.
**Entertainment**
There are 5 smart TVs in the house, which are connected to wifi. Guests can log into their own accounts for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney +, and all other current streaming platforms.
**Swimming Pool**
-->IMPORTANT NOTE: The pool is not fenced, so therefore may not be suitable for young children. All children/non swimmers must be supervised at all times. Book with care as property owners are not liable for pool injuries. Pool liability waiver needs to be signed prior to any use of the pool. Waivers will be sent to your email after booking.

Guests will access the home by use of a keypad on the front door.
Other things to note
*Pool maintenance occurs every Wednesday. They will enter the backyard through the side gate. Please do not try to access any pool equipment.
*In between pool cleanings, feel free to use the pool skimmer net to clear the pool surface of leaves. There is a umbrella you are free to use that goes in the shallow end of the pool to provide added shade.
* Trash pickup is also Friday mornings. If your stay includes a Friday, please set both the trash and recycling bins out by the curb on Thursday night, and pull them in by Friday evening.
*A recycling bin is provided in a pull out cabinet in the kitchen for your convenience.
