Summary: Let’s get one thing crystal clear, this is not a hotel. This is a hostel. You get your own room some have bathrooms and some do not. The rooms are very small, I’d guess the room itself was 200 SF. No climate control, just a free standing A/C unit. The bed was nice, the linens were comfortable and the shower was big but had pretty low water pressure but remained hot. You can hear the other tenants moving and walking about, as well as their voices while not clearly, enough to be a bother. Unfortunately my room had a massive ant issue and they got into my luggage and when I contacted the owner, they provided ant spray but did not clean it and the room being so small made it hard to be in the room after it was sprayed. I didn’t spent much time in my room needless to say. There is a communal kitchen and living space, it is nice, there are coffee pods to use and kitchen utensils. All in all it is a nice place for a quick stay.
