5 Bedroom House in Ballard, Seattle
Entire Property plus an airstream trailer perfect for family get togethers, baby showers or wedding party groups. We have quiet hours after 11pm for our neighbors so this is not a great party venue for local folks. Separately the units rent as Ballard Bunkhouse Upper and Lower. We can sleep 14 two to a bed but that's tight, be sure and check out the pictures and message with any questions. Please let me know in your initial message about your group so I can help you best utilize the space.
The space
This space works well for groups that like to have more private sleeping areas. It's a 1900 Duplex with two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths on the first level as well as a sofa bed in the downstairs living room. Another apartment above that has a bedroom with an on-suite full bath, a loft with king size bed overlooking the upstairs living room that has a sofa bed. There is an additional full kitchen upstairs and in the back yard an airstream trailer that has a queen size bed and currently has a 1/2 bath. The 1/2 bath in the Airstream is just a toilet and is separated from the living space by a clear interior glass wall.
There is a fenced side yard and the refrigerator and cupboard will be stocked with snacks and drinks as well as two fully equipped kitchens for all your cooking needs.
I am always available via phone, text or email and sometimes you may see me working around the house.
There are 3 dedicated parking spaces in the back off the alley and two smaller cars can park in tandem in the deeper space. We are 2 blocks from 15th Ave and a D-line RapidRide stop taking you right to the University or 20 minute ride to downtown Seattle. We are about 5 blocks from Market street and the center of Ballard.
There are ceiling fans in each room and in the winter time we keep them on in reverse, this draws the air up and pushes the heat down the walls saving energy and keeping the home a more consistent, comfortable temperature. We do have air conditioning but with the high ceilings, ceiling fans and vented skylights it's rarely needed.

You will be renting the entire space. Both units of the Duplex and the Airstream trailer.
Other things to note
Lots of nightlife near by but very family friendly. Several neighborhood parks (one with a zip line) just a few blocks from the house as well as an awesome Boys and Girls club.
