Summary: I booked this as my 2nd choice. Hilton was double the price. It didnt have the rooms i needed bed wise. So i decided to give Baymont a chance here. Some can be god awful nadty ghetto. Some super nice and family friendly. I pulled in. It looked nice. I went in and Terry was a god send. It was a rough night to get to the hotel. 12 hours on the road and had to have my son drive almost 2 hours to get to us. So we were exhausted by the time we got to check in. She thought we had a reservation for the current day not the previous night. Once we got that handled she realized no one put the rooms together like requested and should have. She genuinely felt bad. Explained thats not what they usually do. We said its ok. Dont worry. We were just tired and could handle that. Room 2 was a broken bed. So she got us another one. Room 3 no electricity to one side of the room. She comped an extra room since the doube beds were out. So room 4 was a win. Tv didnt work but thats not something that really mattered to us. You can tell a disgruntled employee messed with the rooms. Terry was friendly happy genuine. She likes her job. Also cleaning staff, they handled it. Maintenance guy on point. Breakfast was GREAT. In all these rooms not 1 bug like others have said. Not 1 bed bug. I looked in all! Not 1 roach! Again 3 rooms for 2 days. So understand we were in and out and the rooms used! The staff makes up for the hotel being older. Corporate needs to see how it is here! 5 stars

Summary: You get what you pay for. Housekeeping is terrible and will not come if requested. I had to change my own sheets when needed since housekeeping couldn't be bothered.
Front desk staff were incredible but this is NOT a place to stay with children.

Summary: Hotel was in disrepair. Most towels at beginning of stay were dirty. 1 washrag and 2 body towels for 3 guests. When my husband was able to join us, we had 3 towels and 3 washrags to share. Broken dryer left guests without towels most of the time per overheard conversation and directly speaking with front desk. One day the maintenance man admitted no towels were washed. I asked for towels a few times but they never seemed to have any available. I took my towels to a family members house to have them washed. On the sixth night, I had 2 washrags and two body towels brand new out of package, never washed. We were on a beach vacation and only had one hand towel and 3 body towels and washrags the entire trip as I fought for clean towels. Breakfast was not provided much after 8 on weekdays, 9 on weekends but I understand that helps with waste as well. Trash was always piled up outside as well as towels and bedding. Our bathroom was ok but there was mold in the caulking and the bathroom wall behind the door was growing pink grime and wasn't cleaned.

Summary: The beds were comfortable. But the bathrooms in 2 of the rooms I rented had hair in them. The hot water and cold water in all rooms were mislabeled and when we plugged in the iron it electricuted one of my guest.

Summary: The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The only problem i had was i had mold in my bathroom on the ceiling, the floor was dirty like it hadnt been swept.
