This is a beautiful efficiency apartment that has been completely remodeled from top to bottom. It is located on the second floor with a large window that features westward views of the sunset. The kitchen has a granite countertop, a minifridge, microwave, an induction cooktop, and a counter height dining set. The bathroom features a beautiful blue/grey custom tiled shower. There is a queen bed, smart TV, and a bureau.
Directions: Bellevue Ave is a two way street , but only 1 car width wide , ending at the boardwalk. You can easily turn your car around at end of street . Parking can be very difficult to find during prime summer time . There is no guarantee that parking will be available on Bellevue Ave. Also, I can not guarantee that the parking pass will be available upon your arrival. The guest parking pass will need to be placed INSIDE your car on the dashboard . It will allow you to park at any non metered parking spot within a 2 block radius. Once you have a spot , it’s like hitting the jack pot . I recommend that you leave your car in its spot for the duration of your trip. You can easily walk the boardwalk to many destinations. Uber is readily available. There are also the jitney buses that will take you along pacific ave . They are a definite must do ! Fun and fast .
