Nestled between the forest edge and ocean, this slice of paradise is your getaway to tranquility. You can wake up to the glorious sunrise, listen to the beautiful birds songs and ocean waves. Soak in the hot tub, or walk on the private beach steps away from the backyard (with a cup of coffee or tea!). You might also spot whales swimming by, most commonly spotted whales here are gray whales and orcas. They are absolutely magnificent!

-Fully equipped kitchen with many high end appliances, lovingly stocked with various tea and spices. Cook a gourmet meal and serve food on the large live edge dining table that is designed to seat 10.
-4 spacious bedrooms on the second floor. Master bedroom has a king size bed, desk+chair, sitting area with sofa and fireplace. 2 other bedrooms each have a queen size bed and desk+chair. The largest 4th bedroom has a king size bed, two twin beds, desk+chair, sitting area with sofa, TV and 4 Xbox gaming controls, our kids call this the game room.

Property is on the beach, for those that engage in any water-based activity do so at your own risk, this includes usage of the hot tub. No minors unaccompanied in the hot tub or on the beach. No sand in the hot tub, please rinse sand off before using the hot tub. For everyone's safety, do not use glass containers in or around the hot tub.
Exercise caution when using the staircase to access the beach. You will experience the wonderful tide change twice every 24 hours: In low-tide, steep drop ~7ft from bulkhead wall to beach below (no fence or railings), in high-tide water comes all the way to bulkhead wall. Exercise caution, and do not leave children unattended.
No shoes inside the house, pls kindly bring your own slippers.
Keep noise to a minimum to be respectful of neighbors.
Use of fire pit at your own risk, no children unattended when using fire pit. Make sure to cover the fire pit when done (cover is heavy, need two people to lift cover)
The house is on a septic tank system, only human waste and toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet
