The main floor has easy, no-stair access with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower level includes an extra living area with the sleeper sofa, kitchenette and bedroom with a third bathroom. The home is fully equipped and includes a laundry room, outdoor gas bbq grill, big screen TVs in both living areas, plus wifi. The home is west facing for spectacular sunsets from all living areas and two bedrooms.
A fantastic and easy get-away, just 15 minutes from Interstate 5, and conveniently located near Semiahmoo Golf Course and Semiahmoo Resort and Spa. During warm weather -- or cool weather days when the you want to bundle up -- the private beach is perfect for beachcombing, bird watching and exploring.
During the winter months this is a cozy place to warm up after skiing at Grouse Mountain in nearby Vancouver, Canada (45 miles away ) -- or after driving a little father to Mt. Baker ski resort (75 miles).
