this is a peaceful quiet community, ✓no smoking or vaping of any kind in the unit or anywhere on the property. this has a major impact on future guests and neighbors. $300 penalty will be charged by airbnb, ✓la county requires a 12% transient occupancy tax which will be included in booking fees, ✓hermosa beach only -
