Screened in private lanai/porch to relax, read or eat in while still enjoy being outdoors. Walking distance to many great restaurants, stores & marina/activities. The Heated pool is great after a day at the beach. Covered carport parking keep your car out of the sun. There's a free shuttle stop close by to explore all of Siesta Key.
Exceptionally clean villa with brand new furniture, linens & beddings, all new towels, appliances & utensils. There is a King size bed with en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen size bed, twin bed and a twin size roll our bed. The sofa has a queen pull out bed. Living room and all bedrooms have cable and smart TV's. There are two full bathrooms in the villa.
The Villa is close to all that Siesta Key has to offer. From the Villa, you have an easy 7 minute walk to a grocery store, the famous Captain Curt's, Clayton's Siesta Grill, Toasted Mango Cafe, Anna's Deli, Ice Cream Shop and many other great restaurants, and shops. You are also close to CB''s Island Outfitters where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, boats and find all your fishing gear.
Only 45 min from Tampa International (TPA) airport, 20 min from Sarasota Bradenton International (SRQ) airport, and 1 hour 10 min from Fort Myers International (RSW) airport. It's a great area to enjoy a beach vacation!
