This house is a rare gem. It is a a perfect family vacation home. Perfect for anything related to the University of Washington . Walking distance to U Village and the stadium. Lots of public transportation. Short Uber ride if you don't like to walk. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of kind people around. The back deck has beautiful patio furnishing with large umbrella cover and porch swing. On the main floor is the living room that has sectional and a nice sofa bed. 2 bedrooms with queen beds & 1 bathroom and the kitchen . The kitchen is fully stocked. We have 3 TV's in the house, one in the king Bedroom, one in the sitting area in the basement and one in the living room. We have free internet and basic cable. However they are smart TVs and you can log into any of your streaming accounts. All bedding is high end 1000 thread count sheets or better. Memory foam and pillow top mattresses. In the basement is the King Bedroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms, a sitting area and a Bathroom. The home has a front Yard and back area to relax in. Every single thing in this home is brand new. The home has 2 parking spots in the back of the house. To access the parking go down the alley way. Between 25th & 65th. 25th Ave NE Street has limited parking. At high traffic times you must move your vehicle you may not park on the south side of 25th heading towards the stadium. In the afternoon you have to move your car by 3pm on the north side in front of the house.. There are other areas you can park in the neighborhood just pay attention to all parking signs, do not park in zoned areas. We do not pay parking tickets, sorry. This neighborhood is centrally located, Ravenna,University District, Wallingford, UW Hospital and down town Seattle. There is every type of ethnic food near by. Several grocery stores and drug stores, Whole Foods, Safeway ,QFC, Walgreens, CVS etc.
