The cottage shares the acre property with the main residence, however it has a separate entry and driveway, and separate yard spaces. The cottage has private access to a heated saltwater pool, and spa, which is occasionally used by the main residence. Single carport with direct access to the unit, and additional parking to 2 to 3 other vehicles. The space features an indoor/outdoor room with with an adjacent secured outdoor patio.
