This is a wonderful neighborhood with sidewalks throughout and beautiful tree canopy, and is very common to see people out walking their dog or taking in the timeless unique architecture of each home in this 90+ year old neighborhood.
The home has more than 50 windows in the total house and is very bright with all new amenities in this condo that has smart TV's, USB ports everywhere to charge and private off-street paved parking in back that is very well lit with 2 parking spots. New LG stacked washer /dryer. Fully loaded kitchen, with built in oven / microwave and gas grill cooktop and very large fridge plus pantry and dishwasher! Comfortably seat 6 in at the oversized quartz island and entertain as guests watch the gas cooktop cooking happen real time. Butcherblock countertops for plenty of space to prep.
