Summary: We assumed there would be a TV but there was none. A "studio" has a kitchen, this property has none, it's a room, not a studio. The table in the photo is not there. There was a very bright outside light on all night that we could not turn off making it hard to sleep. The outdoor furniture (porch bench and Adirondack chairs) were very dirty. I tried to clean them off with paper towels to no avail and had to use a towel but still couldn't get them very clean. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a paper towel; the paper came up very dirty; floors need to be mopped much more thoroughly. The location was excellent for our purposes but noise from the nearby restaurant/bar might disturb some visitors. The decor in the room and bathroom was very cute.
