Approx one mile to downtown Gilbert, four miles to SanTan Village w/ shopping & eateries galore! Relax in the peaceful backyard w/ pool & lovely furnished outdoor patio area. Easy drive to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa & Chandler. Walking/hiking trails abundant. Approx. 20 min to Sky Harbor Airport. One of the bedrooms and full bath on the main floor with NO STAIRS.
