1,216 square feet in the Birmingham area where I459 and I65 meet. 5 minutes from the Hoover Galleria, 10 minutes from the Summit, and 15-20 minutes from downtown Birmingham makes This location central to the main shopping centers and restaurants in the Birmingham area. Big fenced in back yard with dog playground for pets, and little ones to play. Some of our amenities are TV with Netflix, dog cage, doggy door, kitchen well equipped, W/D, board games.

Furniture are off limits for Pets.
- Pets are not allowed ON THE BED OR SOFA!
There’s going to be an additional fee if dog hair is in the sheets.
- No smoking/vaping allowed inside the house.
- No loud music.
- No parties.
- Pick up after your pet.
- Clean up after yourself.
- All dishes should be clean and back where it was found or start the dishwasher please.
- All dirty linens should go in the basket on the hallway closet upstairs (Bed sheets, towels, blankets)

The space:
Downstairs: Kitchen, half bathroom, living room sofa turns into full size sofa-bed, dining room, back patio, backyard with “dog playground”.
Upstairs: Hallway closet for dirty laundry. 2 bedrooms + closets, 1 queen bed in each room. Bedroom #2 has a work/study place. Full bathroom is shared between bedrooms.

The whole house is available with the exception of the storage room in the backyard.
