Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The room was clean and homey, sort of like at grandmas..nothing matched but it was clean. Received two towels and one hand towel and two mis matched wash clothes you would find in your own closet. Heat is baseboard heat and no AC unless it is on in rooms upstairs. Sink is so small and no table or towel rod. But it was clean.

Negative: Picture very misleading.. no balcony just a small room on side of house. Deck out back was okay but no access to sand since dock is broken and falling down. Chairs on dock very old and broken and bbq grill seems to not have been used for quite a while. Lots of cut trees and wood around property makes it look very messy and hard to get out of driveway. There is a pet fee of $20 a dog per night even though it does not state on website. I received a notice AFTER booking and had to provide papers for my service dog although this is illegal to ask for.
