Enjoy modern comforts in this 1946 Bungalow nestled in a quiet neighborhood in north Seattle in desireable Ballard. Within minitues of downtown Seattle, the Space Needle, and the waterfront. After a long adventurous day of enjoying Seattle's beautiful parks, fine dining and numerous attractions, wind down by strolling through the neighborhood as people jog and walk their dogs or relax with a movie night and popcorn.
A signed rental agreement is required prior to entry.
House Rules:
• No parties or events allowed
• No drugs
• No smoking inside the home
• Please be quiet after 10 pm out of respect for the neighbors. No excess noise at any time.
• We love our pet guests and happily welcome well-behaved furry family members. There is a non-fundable $85 pet fee per pet per booking. Pets must be kept off of furniture and cleaned up after. All pet waste must be properly disposed. Additional cleaning fees may apply if rules not adhered to.
Please know that we want you to have an amazing time while staying with us in Seattle. Following the house rules is foundational for coexisting with our neighbors and making it enjoyable for all. Great location in a quaint 1940's neighborhood with beautiful Craftsman homes within minutes from Phinney Ridge, and Woodland Zoo. Less than 3 miles from Goldens Garden Park, one of the best spots in Seattle with playgrounds, volleyball nets, walking paths, sand, views and free parking. Greenlake Park (Can you say "Rollerblade"?), the Ballard Locks, and Carkeek Park. U District is a 15 minute drive. There is public transportation nearby that makes it easy to access Downtown Seattle and the S. Also, within short driving distance of breweries, restaurants, and cafés. Explore all that Seattle has to offer!

The code is scedule to activate at the 4 pm check-in time and deactivate at the 10 am check-out time.

• Off-street parking is available with a single-car garage and single driveway. Be sure not to block the sidewalk when parking in the driveway. Street parking is also available.
• 50" Smart TVs are located in the living room and king bed with streaming options for Netflix, Prime, Hulu and more.
• Old fashion popcorn machine makes for a fun movie night with buttered popcorn and a variety of seasonings. Enjoy!
