The entire home and property are yours to enjoy during your stay! Parking is free in the driveway to the right of the house, with room for up to 4 vehicles depending on size.
Need a little extra space? Feel free to open the gate at the back of the driveway and park just beyond it.
You're also welcome to park up to two additional vehicles on the street directly in front of the house. We just ask that you avoid parking in front of neighboring homes — our neighbors keep a close eye on street parking, and we'd love to help keep things friendly (and avoid any calls to the city).

Pets: We love furry friends, but due to allergy concerns, Casa Viva has a strict no-pet policy (registered service animals are always welcome — if you’d like to let us know in advance, we’d love to leave them a treat!).
