Now we have amazing amenities just a couple of miles up the road. We've dreamed of building this guest house for years and are now proud to announce "We're open for business!" I've been designing and building custom homes for 25 years. This home represents all of my best ideas and style. You're going to love it!
The space
This newly built custom 2BR/1 Bath guest house sits on 2 treed acres in the Black Forest. The space occupies the upper level of a detached garage a short distance from the main house. The orientation and design of the guest house create a very private setting for our guest to enjoy their own space in the woods. A key feature of this home is the attached, covered patio that places the occupants above the surrounding grade and in the tree canopy. Enjoy a soak in our large hot tub while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding property. Indoor/Outdoor living was a central theme in the design of this space. Colorado Springs' climate allows Spring to Fall to enjoy the beautiful outdoors! A gas fireplace will warm you on those cool evenings. The kitchen was thoughtfully designed to facilitate efficient cooking and top-notch hosting of your family and fellow guests. Furniture and beds and all solid, new, and comfortable! Bedding slip-covers are washed after every stay so you can rest assured you're getting a clean, safe sleeping experience. A single carport sits directly below the covered patio and additional parking abounds. Come be our guest in this relaxing forest property!
