Our brand new sunny guesthouse brings vibrant colors and textures to the walls and creates a fun and inviting space. Nearby are the Lily Ponds Aquatic Park, the Metro, and quick access to downtown DC and its iconic landmarks.
Our guesthouse is well-equipped with a full-sized fridge, washer-dryer in unit, electric cooktop, and a full shower bathroom. Bottom floor has integrated kitchen/living room with dining table and a comfortable sofa bed. There is also patio furniture available if you want to chill out on the shared deck. The home has very high ceilings and is two floors. Iron and ironing board available, as is a pack-n-play for those traveling with small kids.
Free street parking is always available in front of the home, so that is never a concern -- something rare for DC!
