This gorgeous house is nestled in the hillsides of Sausalito with spectacular views of the Bay. Bright. High ceilings. Wake up to the most amazing views. Have your morning coffee or afternoon drinks up on the rooftop deck, or walk into town for fabulous restaurants. Fully wired, Sonos, Alexa, 3 TVs, Apple TV and guest iPad. Huge executive desk for work from home. Cycling, running trails, paddle-boarding -- it's all here.
The space
This is a great place for working from home. There's a huge built-in desk in the living room with a Herman Miller chair.
Guest access
This is an entire house. The host lives in the attached in-law unit which is where the shared washer/dryer is at the moment. Everything else is private use for guests.
Other things to note:
The city of Sausalito has a policy of one month minimum stays. For that reason, I try to work my calendar so I don't have gaps I'm not allowed to rent. I frequently get guests staying as long as 3 to 4 months.

Summary: Amazing views, great location and easy parking. All the things you need to get started for a great stay. Peter is the owner- he’s easy to communicate with and very accommodating. You have the parks, restaurants, a market and downtown shops within walking distance. The ferry to SF is also within a mile too. Situated off the first exit north of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alexander Ave, you have easy driving access north or south on Hwy 101. The home is nicely laid out and has basic amenities in the bathroom and kitchen (cleaning and paper products, shampoo, soap, etc). And there’s plenty of appliances, cookware and supplies to make meals at home. Lots of privacy in the bedrooms (each with a bath) and extra 1/2 bath on main floor. Overall a great find in Sausalito. Would highly recommend!
