Summary: The check in was horrible. The owner/desk clerk, Fran, she said my res were for a single bed. I reserved 1 room 2 beds. I showed her my res and she did not want to honor it, she said she hated Hotel.com..she yelled and screamed at me saying she was going to charge me more because I insisted on the 2 beds. I kept telling her no and she had to honor my reservation. I finally said to forget it and was going to look else where. Then her demeanor changed and she said, Oh, how was your trip? WTH! Lets get you checked in. Like we had just walked in as a new check in. She wasnt in the office when we first walked in. She had a parrot that was sitting in the door handel. Went in and the bird flew into my arm and sat on my shoulder. Freaky. Room was old but clean. She wanted to clean the room everyday. I didnt want that. She kept trying to look inside the room. She stayed outside alot around our room. We wont be back there.Saw her arguing with another couple and she went into their room. They tried to get her out and few words were said over that
