This traditional apartment has been renovated by the owners to create a bright and modern space where 4 guests can stay in 1 bedroom with queen-size bed and 1 sofa-bed with two single mattresses in the living room.
Besides the lounge area with sofa-bed, the living room has a dining table and small but fully equipped open kitchen. It also gives access to a balcony overlooking a small neighbourhood square with children's playground.
The apartment is located just 300 meters from Quarteira beach so you'll have your toes in the sand in under 5 minutes. It is surrounded by lots of small shops, (coffee) bars and restaurants and the weekly local market is just around the corner as well!

## Neighborhood
The apartment is located in Quarteira, where you have everything you need and more. With bars, shops, restaurants and one of the most beautiful beaches on the Algarve. You can walk the whole length of the Quarteira beach, where you can sample many different foods, especially the fresh fish caught daily. You are a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach from the apartment. You can even walk into Vilamoura.
On the other side of Vilamoura, you have Falesia beach, which stretches all the way to Albufeira; this is a lovely walk with spectacular views of the ocean and cliffs.
This apartment is situated in the centre of the Algarve, giving you perfect access to explore the coastline from East to West.
The popular Aquashow Theme park is just a short drive from the apartment.
If you come to the Algarve regularly or it's your first time, this is the perfect place to relax or explore some of the beautiful Portuguese culture.
## Transit
There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But buses and trains do not go very often, and a (rental) car is recommended. Parking is mostly free in the surrounding streets and even though it's busy, a spot close to the apartment can usually be found.
