New furniture, new carpet, new wood floors, new bedding and new towels. Includes Alexa, 65" HD TV in the living room and two 55" HD TVs in two of the bedrooms. All TVs are smart TVs that come with premium cable and WiFi. Great wood burning fire place and plenty of board games. Large gas BBQ. There is a futon in an open common area.
