Casa Montes ("House in the Mountains" in Latin) is an exquisite mountain retreat with over 1.5 acres of seasonal lake views and privacy, yet conveniently located within 5-minute walking distance of the lake, restaurants and shops. Walk on a path to a pizzeria, a coffee/breakfast spot, and to your assigned boat slip where you can bring your own boat and kayaks or rent them close by. You can enjoy the Mountainside Community tennis and basketball courts as well as a picnic area. Within a 10 minute drive, you can visit Wisp Resort and Deep Creek Lake State Park.
Step inside, and you'll find the great room that is highlighted by a massive stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, solid log beams and stylish furnishings. Enjoy the lake views through the floor-to-ceiling windows, from the wraparound deck and also from the comfort of the hot tub located in the lower level. The open concept makes it easy to enjoy friends and family from the adjacent fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the spacious dining table.
