Eastside! Casita Asilo can be found at the end of a private lane off Garcia Street. You will find parking in front of the casita and enter into a lovely, sweet garden to enjoy your morning coffee or a margarita before heading to the renowned Santa Fe Opera.
This one bedroom casita has it all for your true Santa Fe experience. The open living room/dining room has a traditional kiva fireplace, brick floors and pitched roof with beams. is a perfect spot to enjoy a good book or watch your favorite movie. The dining area comfortably seats for and the art and décor is eclectic southwestern.
Off the living area, is the bedroom with a queen bed and ample closets and a washer/dryer. The full bath has updated custom polished concrete vanity and bath with shower. The Mexican tile is charming and a traditional feature in adobe casitas.
One of our favorite features of the casita is the the wonderfully updated kitchen which is off the bedroom. It’s a galley kitchen with butcher block counter and accents of classic Mexican tile. It has everything you need to cook at home including a gas stove. There is no dishwasher.
This property is non-smoking and no pets. The casita has central heating and air conditioning for those warm summer evenings.
