Our waterfront condo is located at the 13 MM of the Big Niangua Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks on a nice stretch of calm water. Since there are no curvy roads to our place, you'll enjoy easy access to golf, shopping, and entertainment. If you're coming in town for the Ballparks National, you'll love the straight shot to the ballpark; just 6 miles and 6 minutes away.
We are set up perfectly for a family gathering and can accommodate up to 10 guests. If your family is part of a larger group and needs more space, we also own the adjacent condo, the Cedar Glen Lofthouse, property #1439904. It's a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 8. Please take a look!
The benefit of our 4th floor condo is the unobstructed view, high vaulted ceilings and soaring windows overlooking the lake, well manicured lawn, and pools. Take it all in from the over-sized deck that spans the width of the condo and is accessible from the living room and master suite. Cedar Glen is truly the best destination for playing at the lake on calm waters and having beautiful green space for double the family fun.
Our property features two heated swimming pools, two firepits, a kayak launch, playground, horseshoes, sand volleyball, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Please note, there is no elevator in our building. Parking is on level 2, and our condo is located on level 4. Additionally, open flames are not permitted in any form at our condo. This includes grilling, so please plan meals accordingly.
Whether your pleasure is swimming, boating, fishing, golfing, hiking, shopping, baseball, softball or just sitting out on the deck enjoying a tranquil view of the lake, we have the perfect accommodations for your group.

NOTE: There is an on-site boat ramp and an available 12' x 30' boat slip for $15 a day. It rents out first-come-first-serve, so please inquire if interested. Boat trailers parked on the property also require a parking tag for $3/day or $10/week.
