2nd bedroom and top floor is not set up for use. Because of my daytime job, I do not have enough time to clean all the bedrooms, therefore, only providing master bedroom, bathroom and living room as to provide you extra space like a deluxe suite in a hotel.
Street parking is only two hours, even if you move to different spots, BPA will ticket. Public parking garage across street is $1/hr or $10 overnight.
No party or loud noise allowed, walls are thin, neighbors would complain within minutes. If you break house rule, I will ask you to leave without refund.
