Enjoy this two bedroom, one bath home from the moment you pull into the private driveway, providing off-street parking for two to three vehicles. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard, complete with outdoor dining/seating, a fire pit, and room for the kids and/or your dogs to play.

Enter the home from the side door and you will find a full kitchen, including a stovetop and oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a crock pot to prepare those slow-cook meals while you are out exploring all the area has to offer. The kitchen is also stocked with pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, a strainer, and plates, bowls, and glassware to accommodate dining for at least six guests.

From the kitchen you enter the main living area, complete with a small desk to take care of any work tasks or study you may need to handle. There is a high-top table that seats four and a couch that seats at least three. The living room has a ceiling fan to keep it cool on those warm summer nights, and a window air conditioning unit (summer only). Relax and watch the cable television or surf the high-speed internet. There are also board games, coloring books, and cards provided to take the fun to the next level!

Off the living room there is a master bedroom, appointed with a queen bed, night stands with touch on/off lamps with USB plugs for charging your devices, and comfortable linens. You will also find a pack n play in the closet for the kid(s), and plush towels, washcloths, and hand towels for the bathroom. The guest bedroom is appointed with a full bunk bed, a small dresser, and both bedroom closets have hangers for your clothes.

The full bath is the final room in the home and includes ample lighting, a bathtub/shower, and towel hooks to accommodate six. All rooms are heated by baseboard heat through modern thermostats.

There are two actively recording security cameras that record audio and video. One overlooks the driveway/side entrance/garage entrance, with a partial view of the back patio. One overlooks the front entrance and walkway leading to the front entrance. Both devices are on the exterior of the home.
