Enjoy our cozy studio above our two car garage. It has its own entrance around back with a large side yard. There is one flight of stairs up to the studio. Full bed with newer hybrid mattress. We have a roll out bed. It's slightly smaller than a twin. There is a small fee for the extra guest.

No baby gate on stairs.
To set expectations, please note, our home is not child-proofed. We do not have outlet covers, corner protectors, or cabinet locks, etc. Children will need to be monitored closely while in the home as you are responsible for their safety and well-being during your stay.
The studio and garage are attached by a wing to the historic Eppes House built in 1797. The studio was built about 15 years ago.
Please be mindful that there may be other guest in the main home. Because of the wing its unlikely that you will hear each other. If you are looking for more space be sure to check out that listing.
We are out in the country but there will be some noise from the road. You might even hear the horses
and buggies going down the road, especially on the weekends.
