Supplies:
You have a "starter set" of supplies provided with each of the following: Coffee, tea, creamers, sweeteners, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent pods, dish pods and garbage bags. Should you run out of any of these items, you are responsible for replenishing them for the rest of your stay. Note: Walmart, Family Dollar, Piggly Wiggly & Target are a short drive away.
• Personal products are in the welcome bag on the entry table.
• Coffee, creamers, sweeteners, paper cups etc. are in the organizer with the coffee maker
• Vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and laundry supplies are in the laundry room.
• Extra blankets are in the linen close drawers on the 2nd floor.
Parking:
Upon arrival, you may park in the driveway or on the street, then enter through the front door to unload your things. Your unique door code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number you provided to Airbnb. Other vehicles may park in the driveway or along the street, but please do not block other neighbors' driveways.
TV:
Each TV has integrated apps such as Roku amazon prime, etc. which allow you to access your personal accounts,.
• Remember to log out of your personal accounts, such as Netflix, Hulu, etc before you leave!
Bathrooms:
• ½ bath: Towels and washcloths are found under the sink
• Full bath: Hair dryer, and additional supplies are in the vanity drawers. Towels, and additional wash clothes are in the linen closet drawers
• Please help yourself to the detergent supplied if you need to refresh your towels during your stay.
• For makeup removal, please only use the BLACK washcloths provided.
In the Kitchen:
• Please cover food in the microwave with a paper towel or paper plate to avoid excessive splattering.
• Please leave behind whatever pantry products you don't use, for the convenience of our next guests!
Access & Communication:
Digital keypad that is auto reset after each guest for your safely, and we will provide you a 4 digit code on the day of your checking or before. Happy to communicate as much or as little as needed.

Air Conditioning:
Please note: house has central heat and air, but it’s only one unit for both floors, so we have provided portable A/C units upstairs in every bedroom to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. It is very hard to regulate in a 107 year old historic home, even with updated insulation.
Smoking Policy:
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside 1311 and ask that you not leave cigarette buts in the yard or on furniture. We have outdoor seating and a covered front porch for your convenience
